Annual Genneral Meeting 18.09.2022
The Management Committee of “Kosciuszko” Polish Association of Darra Incorporated set the date of the annual General Assembly which was scheduled for September 18, 2022.
Beginning of the meeting at 1 p.m.
We invite all members of the Association to participate in the meeting, reminding that only person are entitled to vote during the General Meeting with paid membership fees for the current financial year.
Membership fees can be paid in the following ways:
1. In person at the Society building at 23 Station Avenue in Darra every Friday between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.
2. Money Order or a check issued to Kosciuszko Polish Association of Darra Incorporated and mailed to the following address:

4. Membership fees may also be paid on the day before the beginning of the General Meeting.
The Management Committee of the Association is elected for a one-year term of office; therefore, this year's General Assembly is an election meeting at which the Association's Management Committee will be elected for 2022/23
In accordance with the Constitution of the Polish Association of Darra Inc.
Clause 12.3.1 Each member of the Management Committee must be nominated voluntarily by other members of the Association.
Clause 12.3.2 A written nomination signed by two (2) members of the Association should be submitted to the Secretary of the Association at least 14 days before the Annual General Meeting.
As the date of the General Annual Meeting has been set for 18/09/2022, all nominations for a member of the Management Board should be submitted to the Secretary of the Association by September 04, 2022.
Nomination forms for a Management Committee Member are available for download at the Association's office every Friday from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. and also can be downloaded from the Association's website
We kindly ask you to submit nominations for the following positions:
- President
- Vice President
- Treasurer
- Committee Members
"Kosciuszko" Polish Association of Darra Incorporated is a member of the Federation of Polish Organizations in Queensland.
At this year's General Meeting of the Federation, a new President will be elected and the Darra Association may nominate a candidate for this position.
The nomination of the candidate for the President of the Federation will be held during the General Meeting of the Association.
