The Management Committee of \u201cKosciuszko\u201d Polish Association of Darra Incorporated set the date of the annual General Assembly which was scheduled for September 18, 2022.
\nBeginning of the meeting at 1 p.m.<\/p>\n

We invite all members of the Association to participate in the meeting, reminding that only person are entitled to vote during the General Meeting with paid membership fees for the current financial year.<\/p>\n

Membership fees can be paid in the following ways:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1.\tIn person at the Society building at 23 Station Avenue in Darra every Friday\nbetween 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.<\/p>\n

2.\tMoney Order or a check issued to Kosciuszko Polish Association of Darra\nIncorporated and mailed to the following address:<\/p>\n

4.\tMembership fees may also be paid on the day before the beginning of the General Meeting.<\/p>\n

The Management Committee of the Association is elected for a one-year term of office; therefore, this year's General Assembly is an election meeting at which the Association's Management Committee will be elected for 2022\/23<\/p>\n

In accordance with the Constitution of the Polish Association of Darra Inc.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Clause 12.3.1 \nEach member of the Management Committee must be nominated voluntarily by other members of the Association.<\/p>\n

Clause 12.3.2 \nA written nomination signed by two (2) members of the Association should be submitted to \n the Secretary of the Association at least 14 days before the Annual General Meeting.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

As the date of the General Annual Meeting has been set for 18\/09\/2022, all nominations for a member of the Management Board should be submitted to the Secretary of the Association by September 04, 2022.<\/p>\n

Nomination forms for a Management Committee Member are available for download at the Association's office every Friday from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. and also can be downloaded from the Association's website<\/p>\n
